An Absolute Nightmare: Fake Shipping & Ghosting Customer Service 😤


I'm writing this review as a warning to others. My experience was, without a doubt, the worst customer service ever. They claimed to have shipped out my order and that it would be delivered in 10 business days. I never got any updates on my order, they never answered my emails and the live chat reps always gave me the run around. I finally asked for a refund and they did but continued to send me emails about the order as if it had been delivered! Is that what they do? Never deliver and make customers beg for their refunds and then mark their orders as delivered for good stats?!?!? And then they have the nerve to ask you to recommend them to your friends! Ha! Never again! After getting nowhere with emails, I felt I had to try the live chat one last time to get my money back.

Customer: My order number is 112345. It supposedly shipped three weeks ago, but the tracking hasn't updated at all. I’ve sent emails and gotten no response. Where is my order?

CS Rep: I am very sorry for the delay and the lack of communication you've experienced. Let me check the status of order 112345 for you right now.

Customer: That's what the last agent said. I don't want another run-around. I want to know if it was actually shipped or not. If you can't tell me, I want a refund immediately.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize. I see there has been an issue with the carrier scan. At this point, I can process a full and immediate refund for you. I have already initiated it on my end.

Customer: Fine. Just make sure it goes through. I'm tired of the fake shipping notices and terrible service.

CS Rep: The refund is confirmed. You should see the funds back in your account within 3-5 business days. Again, I am truly sorry for this poor experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
