Let me share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. This company is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I decided to order from them again, and their site clearly said “eligible for next day delivery,” so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I received an email stating my order would take 3 business days. Where was “next day”? This bait-and-switch, coupled with their abysmal, automated customer service, compelled me to leave this review and insist on speaking with a human.
Customer: I paid for next day delivery, $19.95, and then got an email saying my order will take 3 business days. What is going on? Your site explicitly said "next day"! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I see here that your order was placed for expedited shipping. Sometimes, there can be a processing period before shipment, even with expedited options. Customer: Processing period? I paid for next day delivery, not 'next day after a 3-day processing period'! And why is it impossible to talk to a human? Your live chat is a bot, and your phone system is endless. This is fraudulent. I want my $19.95 back immediately. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding the delivery timeframe and the difficulty you experienced reaching us. We can certainly process a refund for the $19.95 shipping fee. I've initiated that request for you now. It should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days. Customer: Three to five business days? Just like my "next day" delivery, I suppose. This whole experience has been incredibly misleading and frustrating. CS Rep: I truly regret the inconvenience this has caused. We are working to improve our transparency and customer support channels. Is there anything else I can assist you with regarding your order today?
