⚠️ Scam Alert: My $19.95 'Next-Day Delivery' Nightmare


I'm sharing my experience as a warning to others. This company has proven to be nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. When I ordered, their site said “eligible for next day delivery,” so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I received an email stating that my order would take 3 business days to process. This wasn't next-day delivery at all. After being trapped in a loop with their automated phone system and useless live chat bot, I finally found a way to speak to a human to get my money back for a service they failed to provide.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, but my order is taking three days just to process. This is not the service I paid for. I want a refund for the delivery fee.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the miscommunication. The next-day delivery applies to the shipping time after the standard production period.

Customer: That's completely misleading. If I pay for next-day service, I expect it the next day. You didn't provide the service, so refund my money. It’s that simple.

CS Rep: I cannot process the refund myself. I will submit your request to the billing department, and it will be up to them to approve it.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
