A Truly Awful Experience: Overcharged & Met with Terrible Customer Service 😡


I'm writing this as a warning about my truly awful experience. I felt compelled to share this after my order turned into a complete disaster, forcing me to deal with a very frustrating customer service situation. I had received a coupon for 45% off when you spend $250. The coupon was applied to my order and showed it was applied but then when I input my credit card info and hit confirm purchase, my receipt showed the coupon not being applied. Contacted customer service, they assumed that i never put in the coupon code in. I showed a screenshot to which they had to honor the coupon, but the fact that you’re assuming customers are lying? Not good for business. Also, they cancelled my order that i paid an extra $19 for 2 day shipping which delayed since it was cancelled. So it just seems like a shady business to buy from.

Customer: My receipt doesn't show the 45% discount, even though it was applied right before I paid. You overcharged me. CS Rep: I see your order, but there's no coupon code on file. Are you sure you entered it correctly before confirming the purchase? Customer: Yes! I have a screenshot showing it was applied. And now I see you've cancelled my whole order? I paid $19 for two-day shipping that's now delayed because of you! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the system error and the cancellation. This is not the standard we aim for. I see the issue now. I will re-process your order with the correct discount and refund the $19 shipping fee immediately. Customer: Fine. This entire process felt incredibly shady and misleading. I won't be shopping here again. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. Your corrected order is now confirmed, and the refund has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation shortly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to warn others to be very careful and double-check their receipts.
