My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel it's crucial to share it as a cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for a $19.95 'next day delivery' fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take '3 business days' to process. This wasn't 'next day' at all, and despite trying their automated phone lines, live chat bot, and emailing customer service multiple times, I got no response about my refund request. I eventually had to trick their system just to speak to a human. I felt completely ripped off and unheard, which is why I was determined to get my money back for a service that was clearly not provided and engage with them directly.
