I desperately needed new glasses because my old ones broke, so I ordered on March 30th and paid extra for express 3-5 day shipping. Day 5 rolled around, and my order was still 'in production.' By day 10, still nothing. This pushed me to call customer service on day 11 to at least get a refund for the shipping fee, since they clearly weren't honoring the express delivery. I wanted answers, and frankly, I was fuming that after paying for speed, I was stuck with no glasses even 19 days later, still no glasses!
